Today is a great day to be at the Vineyard.  It was a cool morning with LOTS of humidity.  I picked up the Q last night at the last minute and wanted to keep things simple.  So I used the gift that I received for Christmas… the F3 Workout Deck. This was the first time I used it and wasn’t sure how I was going to coordinate things.   I wasn’t sure if I was really going to let the cards decide our fate or control some things on my own.  Well… if you know me, I’ll let you guess which path I chose.  LOL!

So, we moseyed to the front of the high schooled and did the usual warm up exercises.  I had some exercises picked out for us to do, but put the deck on a slanted surface and they are very slippery/slick so they all fell on the ground.  So the control I thought I had was gone.

We picked random cards and did the exercises and the quantities on the face of the cards.  Then I got bored and worried, so we went to the stairs in front of the middle school and did 11’s on the stairs.

There was good conversation, good sweats and a great time!  The exercises were good too!
