We also had Rubber Ducky, LaFleur, Piano Man, and Alamo.

It was hot and humid.  We did a short mosey and warmed up with weedpickers and many lesser exercises.

After grabbing coupons, we did sets of 25 merkins, BBSs, squats, curls, and inverse row.  We followed this with a lap around the parking lot and then added 5 reps to each exercise.

After 3 rounds of this in the 90% humidity, we put away the coupons and did a ring of fire with planks and merkins starting with 5 and working our way to 1.
