The Thang:
Theme today was lots of running back and forth across the parking lot. Pretty simple, going for the miles since this is Vineyard Amped(TM).

We had a buy-in for many of the rounds, trying to shake things up just a bit but even so this ended up being a rather monotonous. Note taken for next time.

All in all we got some work done and hit the mileage but I’ll need to add some spices to this recipe so it’s not too bland.
