Dixie Chick was all like LawDog, I am not posting anymore until you make up the Q you were supposed to do at Castle Black that I signed you up for with out telling you. YHC has been craving a Jalapeno biscuit that are only available for the Watch, so YHC signed up for the week of Spring Break to ensure no reasons to leave early and to show Dixie Chick some love since clearly he is a big fan of my Qs.

Alarm went off, no problem, plenty of time to get there…Oh crap its 5:10. Luckily E. Cherokee is a lonely road between 5:15 and 5:29 so YHC made it with plenty of time to spare. Always nice to see a bunch of Pax in the Parking lot ready to go well except the guy who promised an FNG.  No worries, we had a down range Pax from Cape Fear rocking a killer stache, a Kotter in the form a Clark Kent, did not recognize him without his glasses and a billboard behind him, so we made do without Fudd and the promised FNG.

Mosey down to the entrance of the school, stop for 10 SSHs, lets mosey. Exile was all like ooohhhhh its like that. Mosey down the road a little farther, stopped for squats, moseyed a little farther, stopped for some merkins, moseyed a little further for some Imperial Walkers, Pax were starting to get worried and Dixie Chick was all like, you can go back to the school on that road. Apparently no one that this was all part of the plan. About face, mosey back toward the school stopping for some LBCs and Michael Phelps (YHC’s favorite IC workout that YHC named #Humblebrag).

After the perfect warmup. Pax lined up at the bottom of the school entrance ready to take Miley Cyrus’ advice and accept that in life there is always going to be another mountain, its the C.L.I.M.B.  1 Crab Cake, 2 Lunges, 3 Imperial Walkers, 4 merkins, 5 Burpees. Run up the hill to the fifth lightpole on the left ignoring said light poles on the right (hey rember the pole fight gif). At the fifth light pole 10 big boys. Run back down the hill to the 2nd Light pole and multiply the count for each exercise by 2. Rinse and repeat working back up to 5 multiplying by 3, 4 and the 5. Apparently Geek Squad was not use to the long commute and got all off balanced so he had to visit the woods searching for an Elvis.  He caught up to the Pax around 3x.  Hey look there’s Fudd. Did you know Fudd was late, left his FNG high and dry who apparently was the guy in the Car leaving the school after we started Climbing. If only we had a special little shovel for such DSG incidents.

After the Climb, YHC lead the pax over to the wall by the school for some wall chairs, star jumps, heckling and encouragement. Needless to say, you can probably guess all the different jokes made about Dixie Chick being low to the Ground, Maaco being close to the sky, and Fudd having very fresh non tired legs like the rest of us.

Look at that, 6 minutes left. Back to the Flag, wait back to the area by Fudd’s Car while he pulls the shovel flag from his trunk for 6 minutes of Mary go Round. Can openers was a new one. Maaco thinks Diamond merkins were a mary exercise after 135 merkins and burpees. Geek Squad likes Box Cutters and Mickey was all about some American Hammers.

Gump was visiting from Cape Fear and reminded Pax about the 10.10 year aniversey on 10.10 this year. There is also a Ruck event being honest by Cape Fear to raise money to help and organization end modern day slavery. Count rucking miles between now and 10.10 and collect donations for every miled rucked. Gump will have lots to report when he gets back because YHC is pretty sure now one does coffeeteria like Castle Black and the Jalapeno Biscuits. YHC predicts some visitors from Cape Fear will start to post more often.

Well maybe Fudd will get that FNG to post next week. Fingers Crossed he shows up on time.
