As we approach the 4th Sunday of Lent – we celebrate John Climacus and his work The Ladder of Divine Ascent.

As such, we began our uphill climb, one mailbox at a time. At each mailbox perform 1 Merkin & 1 Squat more than the last mailbox, and fall back two mailboxes, where you perform 8 reps of a Mary (the +8).

Almost everyone completed up to 15 mailboxes, for a total of:  120 Merkins, 120 Squats, and 120 Marys.
