The BackBlast:

Intro:  A lot of running and burpees lead some of the Pax to say the Q may not make it out alive.

Warm-o-Rama:  Took a long mosey over to the basketball goal where we did some Side Strattle Hops, Weed Pickers, Sun Gods (OYO), and Michael Phelps (OYO).

The Thang:  Indian Run around school and threw in 10 burpees half way.  Met back at at basketball goal and partnered up.  300 LBC’s, 200 squats, 100 merkins completed collectively between each partner.  Other partner ran to first bus lane and completed 5 burpees then ran back to basket ball goal.  Another Indian Run around school and another 10 burpees halfway.  Took another mosey over to the incline at front of school and completed a set of 11’s (modified to 7’s).  Counted a total of 50 burpees during workout and ran a total of 2.88 miles.

COT: Pray for Boy Toys brother that he may find the Lord.  Also a praise for Panhandles children as they were baptized this past Sunday and accepted Christ as their Lord.
