- Find a bench, do a workout. At each station we did:
- 5 burpees
- 10 derkins
- 10 dips
- 10 star jumps
- mary exercise
- At the 6th one we inverted the count and did 10 burpees and 5 of everything else, sometimes taking burps to 5
