Been Q’ing all week, and this one was the first I was nervous about.  In my mind, the Goon is for the elite in both athletes and chatter…lets just say, my disappointment knows no end…

First off, I am bitter…I overcommitted this week and I am tired.  I don’t like beatdowns, I like to run…So today, since I’m the Q, you bitches are gonna run.

Lets just start with the site Q, he arrives on time like he puts in his count…LATE…Do better Ma Bell…

We run down Hickory Rd and I think Panhandle was complaining about the darkness and twisting an ankle.  Comeon man, you trail run a 100 miles a week, get over it or bring a headlamp next time.

After about 3/4 of a mile, these poor slobs are all out of breath and here comes the Wolfman…I mean Grylls, huffing like he never ran before.  Did you and Ma Bell have a sleep over and go to hard last night?

We get to a reasonable hill for 11’s.  Some merkins and monkey humpers…and Grylls says, we have to go all way to the top???  Cry me a river and do the work pal…I obliged and we went to the guard rail.

Then we ran…and ran…and ran…when we lost Wiggum, I decided to circle up and mary on the six.  I started with flutters…called out Ma Bell…and again the man can’t get it right.  He asks for jump squats and gave us star jumps… again man…Do Better…Then Manning does some extended planks and just yelled at everyone for 90 seconds…it was more like 3 minutes, but we gave him grace because his poor Patriots are only 6-4 this year…

Once everyone was ready…we ran around the school again…final count was 3.8 miles which I believe is sufficient to call it a run day.  Finish with a little mary and counted off.

I was anxiously awaiting the COT…or the circle of airing grievances…there were none because everyone was worn out.  Please Do Better you goons, the region is looking up to you.
