What a great morning for a run. Some old faces joined us – pannie and Hard Hittin. The BRR folks put in their final touches before race week.
We took rope mill to roundabout to woodstock parkway to townlake parkway to townlake hills to noonday trail back to canyons. Studs got in 6.8 miles. Doddy-like folk got in 6.
All in all, the 800+ calorie guarantee was met.
