YHC was slacking and rolled in just in time to get out of the car and start the mosey. We ran through a brief Warmorama and then began the BD which consisted of a TABATA of 2min / 4Min intervals. 2 min jog followed by 4 straight min of one exercise. We landed back at the flag for a routine involving broad jumps and monkey humpers and then 3min of Mary. Subzero really spiced things up knowing that we had a group of runners collecting in the opposite end of the parking lot. His choice of Alabama prom dates and Jane Fonda’s really took me out of my comfort zone.

overall the Q was a mess and unprepared and will have to redeem himself with a future Q. Thankfully we had 2 pax that supported him through it all.
