Warmups followed by pairing up to tackle the following coupon assisted exercises:

100 Overhead presses, 100 curls, 100 chest presses, 100 big boys, 100 squats, 100 mountain climbers, 100 merkins. One man ran the parking lot while the other grinded. The group was so enthusiastic that we had to continue with another set of overhead presses, curls, and chest presses.
