100 Merkin Bag Pull Throughs.  After each 25 reps run down to the opposite goal line for 3 Burpees then back.  One lap around the field upon completion of all reps.

200 Flutters w/ Bag above held above head (Kodiak Count).  After each 50 reps run down to the opposite goal line for 3 Burpees then back.  One lap around the field upon completion of all reps.

80 Bag Pull-Ups (short on time).  After each 20 reps run down to the opposite goal line for 3 Burpees then back.  One lap around the field upon completion of all reps.

Came up just short of the THJ guarantee.
