First, I want to say it was an honor to Q at the Chatterbox this morning  For those that don’t know, I go to karaoke every Friday night and actually track karaoke classes…..please reach out to me if you are interested.  While my F3 name is Jackalope, my karaoke handle is Two Dogs Staring.

We mosied 1/4 mile to have warm-a-rom, did 15 toy soldier, 10 Merkins, and Jackalope had enough of warming up and he said no more.

We headed over to my favorite area of the park, which is where the cinder blocks are located…..I don’t get this beefy by playing PS4.  We proceeded to “partner up”, where one pax remained doing an exercise, while the other ran a lap around the track (1/4 mile).  It was all fun, well kinda….except when Lizard King kept staring at my eyes.

100 burpees

200 dead lifts

300 curls

400 bench press
