THE THANG: Run laps around Misquito Flats (approx 1 mile) and after each loop do 20 merkins, 30 mountain climbers, and 40 LBCs. Goal was to allow each person to go at their own pace and get as many laps done as they could. Coco and The Count killed it and laid down a fast pace, while Lexi taught us about Zone 2.
