We hugged some coupons and did some thangs. Fireworks continued into the 5th of July gloom.

Started by moseying downrange from the flag and back — on the way we circled up.

Warm-o-rama:

• SSHs
• Imperial Walkers
• Sungods
• Weed Pickers

Then we picked our rock of choice, the coupon, which became our trusty side kick for the rest of the muggy, gloomy times.

The Thang:

• Started with 11s — pull-ups and coupon squats with a brisk run up and down to the playground in between
• Paired up and partners did 200 Merkins (cumulative) while the other sprinted to the fabled “Speed Bump”
• Grabbed our coupons again and did an Escalating workout from 1-10 reps each — lunge walk (Kodiak count) / curls / overhead press
• A little bit of Mary at the end for last 2 minutes once back to the flag

COT:

• Honored fallen serviceman Nathan H Hardy (SEAL) — great reminder about why we do what we do with the people we do it with
• Great to hear from some of the HIMs about cool opportunities to share their faith upcoming and several prayer requests we’re prayed over
• Ball at the end
