Warm-Up:

Mosey down to the lower lot in front of the school then circle up for IC Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, and Windmills.

The Thang:

Keeping it simple today.  

100 Big Boy Sit-ups – run 1 long lap

75 Squats – 2 Long laps

50 Hand release Merkinis – 3 Long laps

25 Burpees – 4 Long laps

When the first few finished they knocked out a little Mary while they waited for the 6 to finish burpees then they took we took off to help push the man all the way to the end.

Once we all made it in we did one round of Balls-to-the -walls competition (Congrats to Mullet for the win) and when you dropped you knocked out 15 merkins.

Duggar running every lap today was an awesome sight.  Whether he wants to admit it or not he has come a long way, and although 2020 has sucked as a whole, Duggar has been killing it.  Except for when he almost died from a blood clot.

White Claw is the silent killer.  I thought I was doing well and had a good little lead on the PAX, but White Claw put a quick end to that and dusted me over the back half.  

Mullet is another one of those quiet studs crushing the balls to the walls

Doubtfire made it through without asking a single question, the sign of a good, well-explained Q.

Pella, Super Dave, & Rest Stop – all solid performances, but that’s nothing new.  

The Safari PAX are a great group.  missed some of the regulars today, and has anyone seen Quagmire?
