Moseyed all the way down to the church parking lot (loved the chatter and concern from the pax as we drifted further away from the school)

Warmorama and then lined up to conquer the hill.

As rightfull owners of Etowah High and all that surrounds it I felt it neccessary to take over the two strava segmants on eagle drive leading up to the school. Pax pushed up on side and down the other to then push again all the way back up. We now rightfully have pax representing in the top 10 of these strava segments

Bearcrawl 360s – Bear crawl in between parking lanes until you get to a parking line and then crawl bear until you get to the next gap and then turn and bear crawl. Did this for two parking lanes. At end we did 50 Monkey Humpers and then went back.

Shuttle run with Burpos

Grouped into teams of 3 and did increasing shuttle runs. Each team member ran to the same line before proceeding to the next line. When you got back you did increasing burpos starting at 1 (Burpo is a burpee without standing up. Final position is a deep squat before then shooting legs back and doing another merkin)
