October is the month of baseball. YHC threw the PAX a curveball this morning. I threw out a giphy saying I don’t do cardio, but the pain was brought.

 

Started things off, on time, with a short mosey. Warmorama included SSH, Weed Pickers, Windmills, Sun Gods, and Michael Phelps.

 

We then moseyed to the tennis courts. Another short mosey got us there.

Somewhere over the rainbow and in the midst of the workout above, someone brought up explicit lyrics. Guilty – I completely forget that I do not have the explicit content filter turned on on Spotify. So in a mad dash, I swooped up my phone and tried to turn the filter on. With my typical morning fog in my head, I couldn’t figure out how to turn the filter on – I am seriously not a morning person! But Copper came to the rescue.

 

 

After the above workout, I went to the Weinke and flipped it to the following workout. There may have been some grumbling from the PAX, and I’m sure I was probably called a few choice words in some people’s heads.

 

We then started our next workout. Now if you are a movie buff then I don’t need to explain who Fat Amy is to you. But if you are not, Fat Amy is one of the main characters in the Pitch Perfect movies. She is very outspoken and a go-getter.

 

But just like the movie trilogy, we couldn’t fit all the fun of Fat Amy into today’s BD, but I’m sure at some point in time she will make a returned appearance at the Slab.

With about 10 minutes to spare, YHC brought some real fun to the PAX. We moved down to the pickleball courts for a few rounds of dodgeball. The 2.0s were really excited to be able to play.
