Warm-up:

Quick circle around the concession stand and a few IC exercises then we got down to business.

The Thang:

At each of the markers along the paved loop, I placed two “Gifts” (sandbag) and exercise.  The goal was to steal all of the presents back that Santa had already left at each post.  Do the prescribed exercise then carry the “Gift” back to the flag.  Everyone set off in a different direction to collect a gift until all gifts were back to the flag.   This group of studs finished way faster than expected, so we went to the field with a bag each and had a little fun throwing bags and doing burpees before we went to the picnic tables at the concession stand for some dips and step-ups.  Unfortunately, C-4’s calf did not respond well to the step-ups (prayers for a quick recovery).
