Mosey down to the police station for 10-20-30-40-50 BOMBS

Mosey up the hill for modified 4 corners. 7 merkins, 14 monkey humpers, 21 SSH, and 28 LBCs. All done at each of the four corners. Mosey up and around to the fore station for 11’s. Squats and Imperial Walkers. Mosey back to train station and snuck in 2 rounds or dips with a round of step ups in between. Got in right at 2.5 miles and had a great time with lots of good conversation.

Quick COT and we each shared a goal for 2022. DD will be getting the clean eating kicked into gear and YHC will be running 100 miles in January.
