Started with a little warm-up and Narco started complaining.   Next was 11s, with v-ups, bear crawl, and burpees. Then a round of circuit training around the 1/3 mile loop.  Next was a game of ultimate football, where everyone showed why we do not play on Sunday’s.   Ending in a COT.  Prayers for parenting, patience and support for families.  Congrats to Squat-n-Cough and his new baby girl.
