Well YHC didn’t get some good sleep last night but got up a little rough. Checked the current status of the election and headed out. YHC was not sure if anyone else would be there with only 5 minutes left and being the only one in the parking lot, was happy to see some faces showing up right at the last couple minutes occurred. Lets get to it

For warm up moseyed around the parking lot and square up at the flag for
10 SSH
10 Weed pickers
10 Windmills

Work out was simple do 50 reps of an exercise and then take a lap around the parking lot exercises were
Merkins
Squats
Big Boys
Lunges
Would do as many rounds as possible until time. Which we at least got 2.5 rounds done! Excellent work Men!
