I was coming in hot and thought that I was going to be rucking on my own but there he was waiting for me was Blue Cheese.  We got our gear on and we headed out of new life church. (Bonilla is now a runner, so he went running on his own).

Blue Cheese and I made a left on hwy 5 and just started rucking at a sub17 pace.  As we dodged cars coming at us, the great thing about rucking together is that you get to know the pax next to you.  This was the first time i met blue cheese and if we were not rucking together, I would not have known about his family, career, where he grew up, his kids, how he got his f3 name, and that we both have same work ethics. Once we hit the halfway point, we turned around and completed 4 miles as we got back to New life church just in time for some good’ol breakfast and 3rd F.
