To celebrate the Braves actually advancing in the playoffs, YHC designed a baseball-themed BD. 

PAX had to ‘run the bases,’ which were exercise stations walked off in a diamond, 90 feet away from each other. 

We did 4 rounds of running the bases. A round included sprinting to 1st, doing the first exercise listed below, moseying back to home plate. Then sprinting around the bases to 2nd base, doing the exercise, moseying back to home plate. So on. After getting all the way to home the PAX took a home run victory trot around the bases and completed the exercise. We got through all 4 rounds before heading back to the flag for 3 minutes of Mary.

1st: 15 burpees, burpees, burpees, burpees (the PAX really enjoyed this)

2nd: 25 merkins, Carolina dry docks, mike tysons, copperhead merkin

3rd: 35 squats, standing lunges, calf raises, Bobby hurleys

Home: 45 flutter kicks, hammers, LBCs, BBSs
