Moseyed from the Amphitheater to the front of Vingenzo’s.  Circled up for some SSH, Weed Pickers and Michael Phelps.  Continued the mosey to Chattahoochee Tech.  We started at the bottom of the lot, where we did an exercise and then we ran up to the top of the lot, did the same exercise and ran back.  These were done as  a group, either together, or we planked on the six.  We used some coupons, which were carried to the top of the lot as well.  Some of the exercises were shoulder presses, wheel of merkins, squats, and curls.  After this, we moseyed through the woods back to the flag.
