We mosi’ed around the parking lot for a few minutes before we circled up for stretches.  This consisted of 25 SSS, 10 weed pickers, sun gods, then another 17 SSS.

From here, we mosi’ed over to the bottom of steps where we did more exercises and it was fun…..being a kettlebell workout, we did 25 reps of 3 exercises before we ran 2/10 of a mile, up a ramp and back.  We did this 10 times with each have different exercises for the first 5 reps, then repeated it once.
