15 PAX showed for The Lions Den official reopening. To ensure compliance with Governmental Orders, the PAX split into two groups. Though I had no plan, YHC took charge of one group for some randorama.

Mosey to Liberty parking lot and circle up for some brief warmorama: SSH’s; Weedpickers, Windmill, Imperial Walkers; Sun Gods.

Partner up w/ appropriate physical distancing. Each PS performs 10 virtual patty cake merkins (6 feet apart) and then runs in opposite directions for lap around parking lot. On edges, PAX lunge on one side and broad jump on other side. Meet at other end of lot and do PC merkins again. Continue in opposite direction and meet back at starting point. That’s one lap. PAX completed 4 laps.

Mosey to 19th Hole gas station and return to grassy knoll in front of Liberty.

Perform 11’s on grassy knoll. Burpees at bottom, starting at 1, and monkey humpers at top, starting at 10.

With about 10 minutes left, short mosey to spot in parking lot for 6 (or so) minutes of Bruce Lee: merkins in cadence immediately followed by core exercise in cadence. Repeato 5 or 6 times.

Long mosey back to flag.

There was a lot of serious panting on the hill for the 11’s. YHC thinks an audit of the shield lock groups may be necessary to ensure compliance with F3 standards of difficulty …..
