YHC had a great beatdown planned. It involved lots of running. However on the way to the beatdown the clouds were dark and rainy and YHC heard a voice to load the animals into the Ark. Hit the gas and get going because you might be late to your own Q.

4 brave pax were in the parking lot ready to go as YHC pulled in jumped out of the truck and hit the mosey right at 5:30 sharp.

Mosey to the back of the school to the bus lanes. Instead of loading the busses, we needed to save all the animals from the flood. Line up along the side walk. Perform 10 reps of squats, big boys, and merkins. The travel across the pavement to the curve like an animal called by the q. Run back to the start and rinse and repeat. All Animals were saved including crabs, cheetahs, inch warms, frogs, bunnies, roosters, monkeys, kangaroos, bears, etc. Exercises were changed up every 3 animals but stuck with upper, lower and core work.

Apparently the Pax need to get burpees in for the January challenge and Dory suggested starting with 10 and working down to 1. So we lined up at top of stairs by back lot and did 10 burpees, ran down the stairs across the way and up the other stairs for 9 burpees. Back and worth we went until time to go back to the flag to finish with a few more burpees.
