May Merkin challenge inspired this BD.

Warm-O-Rama – Mosey over to street leading into Route 66. SSH’S, Weed Pickers, Sun gods, flamingo’s, 10 merkins. Trill joined us just in time to start the Route 66.

The Thang:

Route 66 – This is a favorite at the Vineyard. Mosey to each light pole, drop and perform 10 Merkins at each light pole until we reach the roundabout. 10 light poles = 100 Merkins.

Mosey down to the parking lot.

25 yard sprint – 25 Mekrins – Mosey back to start

50 yard sprint – 50 squats – Mosey back to start

75 yard sprint – 75 LBC’s – Mosey back to start

100 yard sprint – 100 SSH – Mosey back to start

Repeat, except this time Bernie Sanders back to start instead of Mosey.

Take the route 66 back, 5 Merkins at each light pole this time.

5 Mins left so we did walking lunges back to the flag across the parking lot.
