Warm-o-Rama:SSH, imperial Walker, windmills, sun gods

The Thang: Loredo was 6 rounds of 24 squats, 24 merkins, 24 walking lunges and 2 laps around the lot.  PAX crushed it so we completed 6 rounds and then hold the plank/merkins to a little AC/DC Thunderstruck.  We then went for 2 more rounds of Loredo and a quick Mary to wrap it up.

COT:continued prayers for Dr Thunders wife

Naked Man Moleskin:  Pitchfork called in sick with a migraine so Dr Thunder put a quick mix tape together of all songs associated with Thunder and rain.  Bayside continues to set the bar very high with his endurance.  After the COT there was a very suspicious truck coming in hot to hit the head and Grey Poupon and myself really thought it was Garfield rolling in considering his bowel issues.
