It sure was a good one today! We had a great turn out and had 13 HIM’s starting off their week STRONG!

WARM UP

• Seemed like I got the count better today than I did last week for the VQ. It’s crazy how you lose everything you plan on as soon as you start something.
• We did a quick Imperial Walkers, Side Straddle Hops, and Weedpickers and then got right into things.

THE THANG

• We ran the bases again! This time we did a shorter 4 corners and the count was only 10-15-20-25.
• I brought out the baseballs again and had everyone pick one randomly and then put them in any order they wanted.
• Here is what we were able to get done today:
  • Merkin’s
  • Monkey Humpers
  • Box Cutters
  • Lunges
  • Carolina Dry Docks (Although I initially called them Carolina Reapers by mistake, so GoDaddy added in a jump squat after each Carolina Dry Dock. So look out for those on his next Q!)
  • Big Boy Situps
  • Squats
• We finished with about 10 minutes of Mary’s were we went around the circle and everyone called out an exercise.

6TH MAN

• Gucci – He started coming out because his mom is is FIA. He got his name because she is called Prada. He’s an electrician apprentice and surprising has never been shocked! That’s shocking!

PRAYERS

• Lifeboats’ mother passed away last week and they will be going up to Maine for the service this week.
• Softspot is in the hospital from the workout last week and needs prayers for his recovery.

Overall it was a great morning, a great turn out, and a great workout. I’d say it was a Homerun!
