The Thang:

-Indian run around the campus with a 40lb sandbag

-In front of the school, completed 4 count Carolina dry docks segments followed by crab walk to next parking spot

-Return to end of parking lot and ran suicides touching every line

-completed 5 hand-release merkins followed by stiff-legged bear crawl to next parking spot

-Return to end of parking lot and ran suicides touching every line

-Indian run with with sandbag to the bus lanes area of the school

-Completed 2 rounds of the following:  5 around-the-world lunges, 10 weighted knee surrenders, 15 weighted squats, 20 jumps over the weight, run to light pole

-Indian run back to the flag with a sprint at the end

Anything Notable:  Lot’s of heavy breathing during the suicides and some “I hate you 8-Bit” comments during the knee surrenders.  Also, there were several attempts at tossing the 40lb sandbag around during the Indian run instead of a nice handoff.  Those attempts did not always go well…

COT:  prayed for Myrtle’s soon-to-be-born child and the numerous births occurring now to F3 men, service opportunities during the holiday season and afterwards, our nation

**At Crossroads, there is ALWAYS interesting mumblechatter during the beatdown.  The topic could be ANYTHING and likely some of everything.  No matter the subject or the comments, these men go hard.  Also YHC knows under some gruff demeanors here lie some hearts of gold along with service-oriented men who would do anything to help you.  YHC always loves to visit the Crossroads and appreciates the men of this AO.  YHC looks forward to being back soon!
