The bowling pin coupons made their return to The Armory. I challenge the PAX to a 20 minute AMRAP:

30 Big-boys

40 Thrusters

1 Lap around the carpool (300 M)

The Fun:

After the AMRAP we put the bowling pins together and took our turns throwing a ball at the pins. The number of throws each PAX got was based off how many rounds he completed during the 20 min AMRAP. Lotto tickets were passed out after BD during COT
