Warm-o-rama was the shortest of mosey’s around the back of the amphitheater to the front.  I promised to get dirty, so we got dirty….  We started on our backs with rosalita’s and flutter kicks.  Rolled over to our stomachs for a few merkins.  We beat the cold ground before we got started!

The thang – We had 2 teams of ten.   We started in front of the amphitheater with the “tunnel of love”. (PAX line up in a high plank, PAX at the end of the line crawls under the bridge that is created.  Once again, we were in the soup!). From there we attached the hill with in a low crawl that Bloodhound aptly refers to as “dicks in the dirt”.  From there we moseyed to the fountain for 100 side straddle hops.  From there to the top of the stairs for 50 merkins.  From there to the far ramp and stairs back to the amphitheater for 100 squats.  Rinse and repeat three times for the winner.  Of course team 2, my team, squeaked out the win over the less in stature team of Saluki and company.  QIC quickly realized that this race was going quicker than anticipated and had to think fast on his feet to burn 10 minutes.  We moseyed down Arnold Mill towards the fire station, with the snow coming down, QIC had to feel the snow on his chest so the shirt had to come off!  We lined up in formation, “ass to the street”, for a staple in the Foos stable.  20 monkey humper in cadence, of course, not a single car drove by for the show.  Moseyed back to the flag for about 3 minutes of mary to complete time.

What a way to start the week.  Not only did these men all fight the fartsack to brave the cold.  They all knew what we were getting into.  During Mary we could not help but be thankful for this morning.  On our backs, in the cold, snow coming down on our faces, we all had the OPPORTUNITY to work out together.  Alone, I doubt any of us would have left a warm bed for high winds and snow.  THIS IS F3!

Continued prayers for One-Scoop’s sister who beginning to recover from surgury.  Scotchguards Grandmother and Cousin are both battling cancer.
