With the PAX raring to go and talking about how the playlist better contain “I’m Shipping Up to Boston” the clock strikes 5:30 and the first note hits as we start to mosey. And then Duggar shows up so we circle back around to pick him up before continuing on our merry way.

Circle up, touch on some core principles and a mission or two and off we go.

Warm-o-rama consists of weed pickers, good mornings, imperial walkers, sun gods and michael phelps. And then a short jaunt over to the pot o’ gold. Rather than gold coins inside we had gold bricks, much to everyone’s dismay.

The Thang:

7 exercises, 7 reps apiece (all with bricks in hand) and then take a lap (yes, with the bricks). Rinse and repeat…you guessed it 7 times

Gazelles got in 7 sets and time was running short so we switched to Jack Webb brick style, 1 merkin + 4 brick punches adding a merkin and multiple of 4 each time up to 10 merkins + 40 brick punches.

Finished just in time to mosey back to the flag and end on time.

Good times were had by all and the Crossroads guarantees were fully met this week despite last week’s poor showing!
