The Thang

Stations

One guy is always running.

Before he runs, he flips the giant penny. If it’s heads everyone takes the heads workout on their station, tails gets the tails. Also, a heads flip means everyone does 5 merkins and a tails flip means everyone does 5 burpees.

YHC had Christmas music and Christmas colors at each station to make it more festive. We made sure to do our best because we knew Santa was watching. We enjoyed a nice shooting star showing from our tails when the penny felt led to fall that way. We found out that a giant-ass penny makes a lot of noise when flipped on the pavement so we opted for the grass mostly. Lastly the general consensus is that the penny is not rigged, it just needed to be broken in.
