Beatdown Type – Run

5:30-6:15

The Thang:  We started going south on main street and then we headed north and then we were headed back south again.  Canyons to Burger King to Ace is place back to Canyons.  This is mostly flat route with a small climb at the end.  Who’s ready for that beautiful fall running weather cause this humidity and heat is awful.  Train Hard now so you can take full advantage of cooler weather later.  Lets Go.

COT: Labor Day Bash at the Surf n Turf Compound see sign up sheet in 2nd F channel.  3rd F breakfast this Friday 5:00 beatdown followed up by message from Goodhands.  Still looking for volunteers to help with food prep.  Prayer was short and sweet no special request this morning.  Happy to be blessed.
