The BackBlast:

Intro:

Pulled in around 515 to set up the flag and stretch out. I turn to Snot Rocket and ask who’s Q’ing today, to which I receive a blank stare followed by a “you are”. Whoops.

Warm-o-Rama:

Mosey around the parking lot and start working out a plan for the BD.

Did some assortment of SSH’s, Weedpickers, Driftweeds. Can’t fully recall as I went into autopilot mode trying to plan the BD. Made some comment about stretching the whole time since Exile was just fresh off his Blankets Creek Marathon.

The Thang:

Alright! Here’s what I came up with. We found two curbs about 10 yards apart and did 7’s. One incline merkin to start, bear crawl to the other curb, six decline merkins, bear crawl back. Plank on the 6.

Mosey’d over to the stairs by the Middle School and did 11’s with a twist. SSH’s at the top of the stairs, burpees at the bottom. The twist was that the SSH # multiplied by 10. Started off with 100 SSH’s, down the stairs, one burpee, up the stairs 90 SSH’s, etc.

Pretty sure this took us to the end of the BD and if we did Mary it was only for a few minutes.
