It was cold, windy, and we slung kettlebells in the gloom together. We had a basketball theme in effect to honor Auburn’s #1 ranking for the first time in school history…..amen.
we worked 10 different exercises with a TABATA, with 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off, and 3x per exercise (to go along with a 3 pointer). After every 2 exercises, we ran 1/4 mile.
