Moved some Mary exercises to the top of the workout. PAX would perform the exercise for 1 minute, with a few seconds break in between sets. Exercises included:

Resurrected Cockroaches

The Thang Part #2

BMMSS = Burpee, Merkin, Mountain Climber, Squat, SSH

PAX performed 1 B, 2 M, 3 M, 4 S, 5S then took a lap around the cars and back. After returning perform 2,4,6,8,10, then a lap, then 3,6,9,12,15. Continue pattern until 10 B, 20 M, 30 M, 40 S, 50 S. Or time expires which it did.

Lifted up the leaders of our country and asked that they turn their eyes up and seek wisdom from above.

Naked Moleskin

The long awaited return of Danica!!!!! After child birth and COVID and quarantine it was nice to finally see him return to the gloom. Then we were all crestfallen to hear that today is his last day at work and that he and his family are moving to Sarasota. We hope to see more of him at F3 Cherokee before he joins up with F3 Suncoast.

Alcoa has gas that prevents him from performing the exercises, and sometimes distracts his nearest neighbors as well. Pelosi with the best line of the day (as usual) with “Take a good look. That’s the only time you’ll ever see Duggar out front in a run.”

Lively commented that we needed more cursing in the music choices not less. Friday’s music selection might prove to be VERY interesting.

Orvis came out and work hard as usual.
