WARMUP: light jog, do different exercise at each light pole, circle up for weed pickers so BD is official.
THE THANG: Musical Dora. Exercises were: overhead clap, Navy Seal burpees, alarm clocks, BBS, merkin potpourri, low plank, and burpees. Burpees were performed for 8 minutes to Master of Puppets, which induced much grumbling by the PAX (and grunting by Fleetwood).
