Today we honored those that paid the ultimate price for our freedom by doing the Murph. I hope we all took a moment to day to reflect on the freedom we have – freedom preserved by the sacrifice and blood of those in our military.

The Thang:

The Murph – 1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 merkins, 300 squats, 1 mile run.

Many did it with a weight vest (studs!). Most broke the workout into 20 sets of 5 pullups, 10, merkins, 15 squats.
