The Thang

Double 11’s

To add a twist, we did a double 11’s. Started at the parking lot with Merkins then up to the first stop sign with Burpees. Crossed the intersection into Imperial Squatters then to the stop sign at the entrance with Mike Tysons.

The only draw back was figuring out the count at each end. Had to double up on Mike Tysons and Merkins going back up and down.

Mary

After the Double 11’s the PAX circled up some Mary work. Each PAX took a turn in leading an exercise.

COT

YHC spoke about our need to step up as community leaders, setting examples for our kids and having our hand in making our country what we want it to be.
