We got started with the Merkin Race
PAX divided up to start at each station
- 2 stations 1/8 mile apart
- 10 workouts per station
- complete first exercise on list then jog to other station, complete that exercise then back to the other to complete the next exercise

We then moved onto the basketball court for some Merkitball, divided into 3 teams, rules are below (rules are still under revision):
- No shots inside paint
- Missed shot = 5 burpees for team
- Allow score = 5 WMDs (PAX to complete merkins until the WMDs are complete)
- Next team up after score (loser walks)
- PAX not on the court does PAX led Mary
Finish with Nameorama, 6th man, and prayer.
