Part I.  Run a Mile.  Going for personal time.  Starting at the Perch follow the road through First Baptist to Hwy 92 and the back to the Perch.  Pick up a coupon and head over to the next parking lot and the whiteboard.

Part II.  Cooldown Reps.  30 curls . . . carry coupon halfway and do 20 curls . . . carry coupon to far side and do 10 curls . . . carry coupon back.  Then 30 bent over rows . . . 20 at the half . . . 10 at the far end.  Then 20 overhead presses . . . 15 at the half . . . 10 at the far end.  Then 30 merkins and 5 coupon swings . . . 20/5 at the half . . . 10/5 at the far end.  Back to the flag for some Mary.
