Temps in the 50s-60s. Short Mosey. Warm-up with Chops helping Hustler get the disclaimer right (my second Q). Weedpickers, Imperial Walkers, apparently with a bad cadence (maybe Mall Cop can teach me the right way someday!) SSH and others. Then Mosey to location where board with instructions for Millennials was posted. This exercise is great because I think it challenges the veteran studs, yet also encourages the slower dudes to keep up in support of the group, and everyone is working together. See Millenial details in the Exicon, but suffice to say, at the end, the PAX should get 1,000 reps of 10 different exercises in. INTENSE!!!!! We didn’t get all the way to the end because we ran out of time. I almost, almost splashed Merlot. And, we ended up running 2.5 miles via Google Earth. A great way to start a gloomy Tuesday.

So you know, Pie Bar doesn’t bounce. Odd Job doesn’t like Burpees. Mall Cop is very cadence sensitive.
