Brisk morning for a birthday Q. 4 HIMS decided to bare the cold to support what has to be one of the greatest days in modern history. As we started to run Brad Pitt let us know the wind was coming from his home state of Nebraska, so we turned around and went to the other side of the building where we picked up the casually late Spock. Took some cover to begin our warma-rama, absolutely butchered the f3 statements but the pax were gracious enough not to care and where not disappointed. We completed SSH, Flamingo, weedpickers, copperhead merkins you know the typical Tenderloin beginning.

We moseyed to the other side of the building where the pax figured out how to get from one side of the curb to the other without running or walking. Utilizing all muscles within there bodies specifically there arms and chesticles. We did a lot of random exercises with weird counts because why have consistency better to mess with the minds of the PAX.

After 5 or 6 rounds of this we moved into a DORA. The timer was the pax had to pick one mode of transportation to get to the other side complete 10 curls for girls and return with the same mode of transportation. We had to complete 100 merkins, 200 donkey kicks, 300 squats.

We had just enough time to run to Costco where we could do pull ups and planks for 30 second goes. Two rounds of each and then a mosey back to the flag where we finished with American hammers.
