Damn the wind was blowing!!  12 PAX showed up to get stronger in frigid temps and windy conditions.  After a short mosey around the parking lot, we did some SSH, weed pickers, and Michael Phelps to get ready for the main event.

The bd was a modified version of 21s.  We started a the middle light pole of the parking lot, where you had to pay your buy in, which was 5 merkins.  After that, we ran to the base of the left stair case and did 1 squat, then ran up the stairs over to the right stair case, ran down that side and performed 20 four count flutterkicks.  After returning to the light pole, you had to do your buy in of 5 merkins again and continue the pattern of increasing the squats and decreasing the flutterkicks to equal 21 reps.  Ended with a short session of Mary.

After the bd, YHC passed on the leadership of the Vineyard to Nesquik, who will do a great job.  Thanks for letting me lead you.  Vineyard is the best AO in Cherokee, so I will continue posting here regularly.
