Quick mosey and warmup with SSH, weedpickers, sun gods, and Michael Phelps

Picture shows the workout. Saw in a backblast that they did this a while back at Coliseum, so I stole it. 🙂 Worked out well, nice full-body workout. We ran down to the fire station flag pole and back at each line on the whiteboard. Ended up getting in 1.96 miles total for the beatdown. Cookies and Cream and Turtlehead finished all of the workouts and started over while waiting on YHC to complete the list. After all PAX were complete, we switched up and did some parking lot 11’s. Had a little time left so we went to the gazebo for two rounds of dips and two rounds of step-ups.
