Mosey on down to the YMCA.

The Thang:

PAX moseyed down towards the YMCA. At the bridge crossing PAX was instructed to do 10 merkins then proceed across the bridge holding the ruck sack with a Rifle carry. PAX continued on pass the YMCA and moseyed to the end of the IGA parking lot.

PAX moseyed back to the gazebo. On the way, the gazelles stopped to do more merkins, squats, and lunges to wait for everyone else to catch up. PAX had enough time to do 5 minutes of MARY. Nano led us all in prayer and everyone had time to enjoy coffeeteria.
